Xpresspost delivers the next business day locally and regionally, and 2 business days nationally between most major Canadian centers. Tracking number is standard as is $100.00 insurance.

Expedited Parcel:
Regular Parcel delivers within 1 to 3 business days regionally, and 2 to 7 business days nationally between major Canadian centers. Tracking number is standard, as is $100 insurance.

Regular:
Regular Parcel delivers within 3 business day locally, 4 to 6 business days regionally and 5 - 10 business days nationally between major Canadian centers. Tracking number is standard.

Expedited US Commercial:
Commercial* Expedited Parcel-USA has a delivery expectation of 5 to 9 business days between major centers in Canada and the USA. (Some exceptions apply).  Tracking number is standard as is $100.00 insurance.

Small Packets Air:
There are no published delivery standards for Small Packets service.  However, most packages reach their destination with 2 weeks. No tracking number or insurance is offered.

Small Packets Surface:
There are no published delivery standards for Small Packets service. However, most packages reach their destination with 3 - 4 weeks. No tracking number or insurance is offered.

Air Parcel:
There are no published delivery standards for International Air Parcel service; however, there is a service expectation of 6-10 business days to most international destinations.

Surface Parcel:
There are no published delivery standards for Surface Parcel service; however there is a service expectation of 4-6 weeks to most international destinations.

Small Packets Air:
For parcels under 2Kg. There are no published delivery standards for Small Packets service; however, there is a service expectation similar to that of the equivalent parcel service.

Small Packets Surface:
For parcels under 2Kg. There are no published delivery standards for Small Packets service; however, there is a service expectation similar to that of the equivalent parcel service.

Service standards are based on the day of deposit (day 0) plus the number of business days required for delivery and do not include weekends and statutory holidays. Deposits made on weekends and statutory holidays will be counted as originating on the following business day.
